Jonathan came to First Equity Lending with over 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Jonathan is originally from Westfield Wisconsin but relocated to Madison in 2000 after spending 4 years in the United States Army. While in the military he spent 1 year stationed in South Korea with an Apache attack helicopter unit. On his return to the United States he spent 3 years with the 5th Special Forces located out of Ft. Campbell, KY. They were called “the quiet professionals” During his time with the Special Forces he excelled as a soldier, won various medals, spent time in over 15 different countries, and learned first hand the aspect to adapt and over come.

Interests

Jonathan enjoys the broker aspect of the mortgage industry that allows him to work with the nations top lenders. This gives him the ability to structure each loan to the client’s specific needs. From debt consolidation to showing the client how they can pay off there home at an accelerated rate. No matter the situation he is always looking out for the client’s best interests.

First Equity Lending is part of WAMB. The Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers (WAMB) is a statewide association that is dedicated to supporting the needs of mortgage professionals.  WAMB provides mortgage professionals with the ability to further themselves in their profession by offering networking, educational and political opportunities, as well as legislative and regulatory updates. The goal of WAMB is to make sure it’s members have the necessary knowledge to help consumers in Wisconsin make informed decisions.
