Background

Dan comes to us with over 10 years of experience in customer service as well as management. He joined the First Equity Team in 2000 and became the Branch Manager in 2005.

Interests

Dan’s focus is to educate the client in the mortgage area, showing the best possible solutions to save the client the most money; while balancing up front savings with long term security. These solutions may come in different packages such as FHA, VA, Conforming or Non-conforming programs, and normally by the end of the day the client can decide what works best with an informed and educated decision.

Affiliations

First Equity Lending is part of WAMB. The Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers (WAMB) is a statewide association that is dedicated to supporting the needs of mortgage professionals. WAMB provides mortgage professionals with the ability to further themselves in their profession by offering networking, educational and political opportunities, as well as legislative and regulatory updates. The goal of WAMB is to make sure it’s members have the necessary knowledge to help consumers in Wisconsin make informed decisions.

Personal Information

Dan has lived in Madison for the past five years with his lovely wife Karissa. He has been blessed with two beautiful girls (Madyson and Maya).  Dan and Karissa call the girls their two little M&M’s.  In his free time he likes to spend time at home with the family and an occasional round or two of golf at the local course to avoid lawn work.
