Background

William returned to the coulee region in 1993 after graduating high school in Eau Claire. After graduating from Western Wisconsin Technical College in 1996 and working for a couple of years in the drafting industry, he realized that it was not his calling. With a bit of a struggle he finally took his mothers advice and returned to college and underwent something completely different, business. William received his bachelor degree in finance in 2002 and hit the ground running immediately. Already working in the mortgage industry as an intern, he realized that home financing was his final calling. Bill was recruited by the First Equity Lending Team in 2002 and has been a huge client advocate every since.

Prime and sub-prime home mortgages. Specializing in home financing for people with prior bankruptcies, judgments, tax lien or current collections.

Affiliations

First Equity Lending is part of WAMB. The Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers (WAMB) is a statewide association that is dedicated to supporting the needs of mortgage professionals. WAMB provides mortgage professionals with the ability to further themselves in their profession by offering networking, educational and political opportunities, as well as legislative and regulatory updates. The goal of WAMB is to make sure it’s members have the necessary knowledge to help consumers in Wisconsin make informed decisions.

Personal Information

William and his lovely wife, Janna, have just recently purchased their first home and find that home ownership can be both challenging and rewarding at the same time. Interests include, playing with his dog Idgie Lee, watching the Packers, playing poker and keeping the landscaping up to par. His personal motto is; find a job you love and never work another day in your life.
